MARCH MADNESS: 30 Day Fitness Challenge

If you are reading this post, it is because you have a love for fitness, are wanting to make a change or are looking for a challenge. No matter your reason, I am here to help. Not all people who workout love fitness and that is ok. I am here to help you find a way to have fun with it, challenge yourself and make a difference in your health and fitness journey.

The Challenge
The challenge is simple, each day I will post a fitness tip, inspirational thoughts for the day, exercises to try or a food tip or recipe. The point of this challenge is to focus on fitness, health and exercise each day.
Set Goals
Each person needs and expectations are different, therefore their goals should be too. I challenge you to spend at least 20-30 minutes each day exercising, 5 minutes journaling and another 10-15 minutes focusing on meal prep or what you will be eating that day (if you prep the entire week on Sunday, it makes it easier).
Small Changes Equal Big Results
This challenge may seem a bit soft or not like one you’ve seen before, it is not, believe me. Making these types of changes and sticking with it for 30 full days is a big deal. It is a commitment. You are worth it and deserve the chance for success.
