20-Minute Ab & Booty Workout You Can Do Anywhere

My Two Favorite Body Parts to Train

It’s no secret, I love to train my abs and booty. For me, those seem to be areas that make me feel the best when I train and feeling my best is really important to me. I’ve had so many friends and followers ask me for ab specific or booty specific exercises so I’ve decided to put them together for one effective workout!

The Workout

An important thing to remember about this workout is that you need to warm-up before and cool down after. If you have the extra time, do 20-30 minutes of cardio before. If no time, no worries, this workout by itself is a great workout. Combine cardio 3 days a week with weight training another 2-3 times per week. With healthy eating, combined with your workouts, you’ll begin to see results soon. You only get results when you work for them so get to work!
