I am truly blessed to have so many amazing people in my life; my kids, husband, family, friends, neighbors, etc.Over the years, I have learned I cannot be the person I need to be for all those people unless fitness and exercise is a part of my life. I know am a better mom, wife, and friend when I make fitness a large part of my life.
