Healthy Pumpkin Oatmeal Energy Bites


 
RECIPE + INSTRUCTIONS
It doesn’t get much easier than this. These healthy pumpkin oatmeal energy bites take less than 10 minutes to make (that was even with my 11 month-old helping). They are packed full of protein, great to take with you on the go and they taste amazing of course.
Simply add all the ingredients listed in the post photo, feel free to adjust per your taste. Some people add more chocolate, coconut, nuts, dried fruit…well you get the idea.
Once you have all the ingredients added together, make small round balls out of them. That is it, they are done!
TIP: Take one more step…I prefer to place them on a cookie sheet, place them in the freezer for a short time to let them set-up better. Once they are set-up, they are easier to put in individual containers for transport.
