FITNESS & MEAL PLANNER

FITNESS IS MORE THAN EXERCISING

If I’ve learned one thing from my own fitness journey, it would be that there is more to fitness than just working out hard every day. Your body also needs to be fueled properly so it has the energy it needs to keep up with your everyday life. You also will not see your desired results without eating correctly.

HEALTHY EATING

I’m a big proponent of eating a well-balanced diet. I am not one to restrict a bunch of foods from my diet either. However, with that said, I know many people have allergies to certain foods or certain foods that make them feel more bloated, etc. So, by all means, I am a strong supporter of eating what your body tells you it needs and what makes your body feel its best. Don’t fall into the trap of simply doing it because it’s popular or the current trend. Healthy eating and fitness shouldn’t be a temporary solution, it should be a lifelong lifestyle you embrace.
My simple point after the long rant above is to give your body the foods it needs on a daily basis. Watch portion sizes and in my opinion, follow the 80/20 or 90/10 rule of eating really healthy most of the time and then eating those other things in moderation. Combine this with a daily fitness plan and you will see results.

FREE PRINTABLES

I’ve included 4 documents for you to download; 1 sample meal plan, 1 blank meal plan to fill out for yourself, 1 sample fitness plan and finally 1 blank fitness plan to fill out yourself. I’ve given you a sample of each based on what a typical week looks like for me. One thing not included in the meal plan is snacks. Use your best judgment. I typically like to include a protein and a fruit or a protein and a vegetable with my snacks. On the weekends I tend to do a few more carbs than normal, hence the 90/10 rule I follow.
All of the workouts listed on the sample fitness plan are workouts you can find on my website under the fitness tab. Some of them are older, so you can simply search for them at the top of the page in the search window. If for some reason you can’t find what you are looking for or find that you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am always happy to help. If you like what you see and have read, please comment below, share on your social media and follow me as well. I’d love to share in your fitness journey.
